Debrief:
Well that didn’t start out as a
particularly relaxing sojourn: With work ringing me a few times, running out of
internet. Not having games installed or up to date. But in the end we had a
decent run through Marvell Heroes and found an area where we were all gaining
XP. Then there was the Camembert, Brie and Parmesan, Alice brought chocolate
too, which is quite nioce with the gooey cheeses. Since Kyle and Eddie didn’t turn
up we played a few games of League of legends instead of either TF2 or DOTA2.
From the issues we have had the last few
times I wonder if it is not prudent to have an offline game available at all
times? I have crisis wars, Killing floor and Sacred2 for this purpose. But just
as I was about to hand out my HDD Tony was able to resurrect the internet. Terraria
or Minecraft may be more fun as locally hosted alternatives but I believe they
would still require internet authentication to launch.
